Nurture Development: United Kingdom

Who We Are
We are the leaders in strengths based development in the UK and Ireland. Our practitioners have the knowledge and skills to maximise the impact of community building efforts in areas of economic development, central and local government, health, safety, environmental protection and social inclusion. We achieve this through facilitation, training and mentoring.

We help people and agencies (including central and local governments) to intentionally start from a place of strengths/assets in order to build healthier, safer, more prosperous societies where citizens are in the driving seat.

We are able to demonstrate the lasting benefits and distinctive value of what we do, and to compare the benefits to those of more traditional approaches. Our supports offer excellent value for money, yielding a high social return on investment. We place a strong emphasis on assessing and demonstrating impact.
